Prathibha 2025 Valedictory Ceremony Held at Srinivas Institute of Technology

The Valedictory Ceremony of Prathibha 2025, the grand cultural fest organized by the College Cultural Committee – Lalitharanga in association with the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC), was held on 29th October 2025 at Srinivas Institute of Technology, Mangaluru, marking the successful conclusion of two days of vibrant cultural celebrations held on 28th and 29th October 2025.

Dr. Shrinivasa Mayya D., Principal of Srinivas Institute of Technology, presided over the function as the President of the day’s event.

The programme commenced with a welcome address by Ms. Athmi Shetty, 7th Semester AI & DS, followed by a brief report on the two-day fest presented by Ms. Malavika Ganesh M. V., 7th Semester Computer Science and Design, who highlighted the series of cultural events, competitions, and enthusiastic student participation that made the fest memorable.

Ms. Megha Sajan recognized the dedicated contributions of the judges, while Prof. Archana from the CSD Department extended appreciation and acknowledgment to the organizing committee for their outstanding teamwork and commitment.

In his Presidential Address, Dr. Shrinivasa Mayya D. congratulated all the winners, appreciated the efforts of the organizing team, and encouraged students to actively engage in cultural and creative pursuits alongside academics.

Dr. Sumana V. S., Lalitharanga Coordinator, in her address, emphasized the overall success of Prathibha 2025 and credited the entire team for their dedication, coordination, and enthusiasm. She appreciated the sincere efforts of the organizing committee, students, judges, and everyone who contributed directly or indirectly to make the event a grand success.

During the prize distribution ceremony, Prof. Harshith K announced the list of winners and runners. The Department of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science (AI & DS) emerged as the Overall Winner of Prathibha 2025, while the Department of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI & ML) secured the First Runner-up position, and the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering (E&C) claimed the Second Runner-up title. Dr. Shrinivasa Mayya D. presented the certificates and trophies to the winners and congratulated them on their achievements.

The event concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks proposed by Ms. Vidya K, expressing gratitude to all dignitaries, faculty members, students, and contributors for their support and participation.

The ceremony was graced by the Heads of various Departments, faculty members, and a large gathering of students, marking a fitting and memorable conclusion to Prathibha 2025 — a celebration of talent, creativity, and cultural spirit at Srinivas Institute of Technology, Mangaluru.
